Yes. On hires of 6 months or more, minor cosmetic damage (scrapes/small dings) is covered up to £500. This excludes structural damage, windscreens, mirrors, tyres/wheels and interior damage, and does not replace the comprehensive insurance arranged in your name. Incidents must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

Minimum hire is 1 month with a £500 security deposit. Maximum is 11 months per vehicle before swap/sale. 4 weeks’ cancellation notice required. Payments weekly in advance every Monday.

No. We offer truly unlimited mileage with no caps or hidden charges.

Insurance is included in the weekly price and arranged in your name with comprehensive courier cover. Bring your valid UK driving licence and required documentation to complete the process.

Yes. All our vehicles are ULEZ compliant where applicable so you can work in low-emission zones.

We service every 8–10k miles and provide a replacement van if something goes wrong. You’re responsible for standard wear items like tyres/brake pads as per normal use.

No. Our vans come without company branding or signwriting.

We aim for a 7-day turnaround from enquiry to getting you on the road.

Fully ply-lined, Bluetooth & USB as standard, GPS trackers where possible. Deadlocks available for high-security contracts.

Yes. Pickup is from Smallfield, Horley (RH6 9NN), and UK-wide delivery is available for a fee.
